The service

HomeManager provides a homeowner dashboard for managing home projects, contractor quotes, records, and related network services including QuoteCheck, Deep Review, and ServiceEscrow milestone payments. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person per homeowner account; do not impersonate others.

Contractor relationships

HomeManager helps you organize projects and connect with contractors through the Handyman.com network. We are not a contractor, employer, or guarantor of work. Any agreement for home services is between you and the contractor. We do not warrant the quality, timing, or legality of contractor work.

Payments & fees

• Homeowner Plus and Deep Review purchases are processed through ServiceEscrow checkout.
• Milestone-protected payments are handled by ServiceEscrow.com under their terms.
• Prices and fees are displayed at checkout; we may change pricing with notice.
• Refunds are handled per the policy shown at purchase time.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, project descriptions, and other content you upload. By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process it to provide the service (including sharing with matched contractors and network partners as part of project intake).

Prohibited use

You may not use HomeManager to:

• Violate laws or infringe others’ rights
• Submit false project information or fraudulent quotes
• Scrape, spam, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users or the network infrastructure

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECORP AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF HOMEMANAGER OR ANY CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP FACILITATED THROUGH THE NETWORK.
