What needs to be done to improve my water pressure after the well pumps kicks on?

<p>I've replace the old pump with a new Wayne 1/2 hp, also a new pressure tank, and some of my plumbing. The presure is good until the pump kicks on and the water just tricles.</p>

<p>There is a box were your pump switch turns on and off. Usually green with a screw and bolt to hold it down. If you remove the cover the is a pressure screw with spring turn about a 1/4 turn clockwise and test. Repeat till you get right pressure.</p>
