What happened to my "lifetime" subscription

<p>I purchased a "lifetime" subscription several years ago. I haven&#039;t recieved a magazine in a long time. My member no was 09184259. Doesn&#039;t "lifetime" mean lifetime. If I remember I paid something like $300. My password was my member no. and it no longer works.</p>
