Trades: Drywall - Repair, Drywall - Install, Metal Roofing - Repair I have a leak in my back hallway that is getting mold remediation done but the actual leak itself needs to be fixed. I will also need to have drywall replaced in the area that remediation is opening up. The area is 12'x3'. I also will need someone to look at the roof that is above the area, the origin of the leak. I current have a temprary fix I did but I don't know how long that will last. Note: When the remediation opens up the ceiling I don't know if anything else inside will need replacing. This shouldn't be a big job. I need an estimate.
